These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phream platform, including all gaming services, account features, and content available to players in the Philippines. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any part of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the phream platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and phream, governing your use of all services, features, and content available on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account. phream reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other users who access or interact with the phream platform in any capacity.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The phream platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering an account or using any service on phream, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. It is illegal for minors to participate in online gaming activities in the Philippines, and phream takes this obligation seriously by implementing age verification measures during the registration process. If phream determines at any point that a user is below the legal age, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds associated with it will be handled in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance. In addition to the age requirement, users must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws of their jurisdiction. phream specifically targets players located in the Philippines, and users outside the Philippines are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the platform is lawful in their location. phream reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a user's eligibility.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of services offered by phream, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the sign-up process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phream platform; the creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered to have been authorized by you, and phream shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phream support immediately. phream will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered member of phream, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the platform. You must not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the phream platform or interfere with any other user's access. The following actions are expressly prohibited: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems; using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar software to interact with the platform without express written permission; providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point of interaction with phream; engaging in collusion, cheating, fraud, or any other dishonest behavior in connection with gaming activities; and using the platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial transactions. phream reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities in the Philippines. All users are expected to treat other members and phream staff with respect at all times.
5. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the phream platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is valid and that they are the authorized account holder of that payment method. phream does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and any such transactions detected may be flagged for review and potentially reversed. Deposit and withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, and phream will communicate any applicable processing windows through the platform or support channels. phream is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues outside of its control. All transactions are subject to phream's internal compliance checks, and the platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals where necessary to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations. Users are advised to review all transaction details carefully before confirming, as errors reported after a transaction is completed may require additional processing time to investigate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phream and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if phream has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phream does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In particular, phream shall not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of gaming outcomes, technical failures, server downtime, or unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, as these limitations are not permitted under Philippine law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform remains the discontinuation of use.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
phream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused any promotion or bonus offer, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud or legal obligation, phream may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the user. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phream's customer support team and following the account closure process. Upon closure of an account, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification and compliance checks being completed successfully. phream will retain certain account data following closure in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements in the Philippines. Accounts that have been permanently closed due to a breach of these terms will not be eligible for reinstatement. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may contact our support team to initiate a review.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the phream platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout, is the exclusive intellectual property of phream or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the phream platform without obtaining prior written permission from phream. Unauthorized use of any phream intellectual property may constitute an infringement and could expose you to civil or criminal liability. The phream brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phream and may not be used in connection with any product or service that could cause confusion among users or that disparages phream. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phream regarding the platform may be used by phream without any obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The phream platform may reference or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors and game content providers, in order to deliver a complete gaming experience to users in the Philippines. phream does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services that may be accessible in connection with the platform. Any reliance on third-party information or services is at your own risk, and phream encourages users to review the terms and privacy policies of any third parties they interact with. The inclusion of a reference to a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement by phream of that service or any products or opinions associated with it. If you experience issues arising from third-party payment processors or other external providers, phream will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee resolution of matters outside its direct control. phream is not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your engagement with third-party services connected to the platform.
10. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
phream may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly so that you are aware of any changes. Material changes will be communicated to registered users through the platform or via the contact information associated with their account where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the phream platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
